As with each of the office applications you can launch, microsoft access in a variety of ways from the windows desktop,in the steps that follow you will use the start button to launch access and create a new data base, the microsoft access dialog box shown, you have three options, opening an exiting file data base using the list of recently use database creating a new used database using the database wizard or creating a blank database,
